Istanbul always manages to impress its visitors with its streets full of history, fascinating views and unique culture. During my visit to the city, I set out to see the Maiden's Tower and feel the atmosphere of this historical structure located in the middle of the Bosphorus. However, that day, I did not only see the Maiden's Tower; I was a part of another experience that impressed me a lot: Bosphorus cruise.

I woke up early in the morning and reached the Maiden's Tower with a short boat ride. While walking around this iconic structure of Istanbul, I was amazed by its historical texture. While watching the blue waters of the Bosphorus on the terrace, a large boat moving forward caught my attention. The sounds of live music reached my ears, and the people on the boat were dancing and laughing.

It turned out that a birthday surprise had been prepared for a young woman at the table next to us! The music changed and a classic birthday song began to play.
The surprise and happiness on the woman's face warmed everyone's heart. The other guests on the boat also shared this moment; we all sang along and supported each other with applause. After the cake was cut, the woman had fun with the waiters and dancers who danced with her all over the boat. This surprise was a very warm moment that affected both the birthday person and us, the viewers.

After the birthday surprise, the entertainment program on the boat continued without slowing down. The shows specific to Turkish culture ranged from Mesnevi dance to belly dance, from folk dances to Caucasian dances. Each one was visually and emotionally impressive.
Meanwhile, the Istanbul view outside combined with the music accompanying the shows created an unforgettable atmosphere. I was both having fun and getting lost in the enchanting view of the Bosphorus.
A Finale Full of Dance and Excitement
After the shows, the DJ took the stage and started playing popular songs. The guests started to go out onto the dance floor one by one. This moment brought everyone on the boat together. Everyone was dancing happily, having fun with the same rhythm without knowing each other. I joined this excitement and let myself go with the flow of the music.

Later in the evening, I went out and took a photo under the Istanbul Bosphorus Bridge. The calm waters of the Bosphorus, the lights of the bridge and the sound of music coming from the boat made this moment even more meaningful. That night, I realized that I had truly felt the spirit of Istanbul.
